It is my stance that everyone should have dignity and worth and should be treated with respect and equality both in counseling and life. I specialize in processing trauma in a person centered manner. While my career began working with inpatient psychiatric clients I also have experience with outpatient clients focusing on a variety of life's obstacles.

My background combines both a physical and mental wellbeing approach to holistic health. I focus on facilitating self-advocacy for my client in all aspects of their lives. I believe everyone is capable of success and determining what that looks like on an individual basis is a journey I would love to join my clients on.
